effect pulldown fix: need help

Ive just installed a whole lot of effects in AE 7.0 but on the effcets pulldown only a few of the effects are shown categorised by their name , the bulk of them are put into a submenu called other are browsing thru in a composition it is a big pain, does anyone know how to get AE to load them all neatly into their respective folders.

No way. The size/ length of the effects menu is limited for certain reasons. Use the effects and presets palette instead.
