in Maya, the 'blur by frame' is set to a particular frame, but it blurs before the specified frame. It goes kinda wacking when I configure it to a later frame.. basically.. i can't define the start frame that I want the set to start blurring.

i guess frame by blur is not the setting for blurring at a certain frame... is there any technique besides premiere?
