Wow, very nice.
Just don't like the wrinkles/rolls under her chin.

wow man. that looks great. she seems to have this sort of 3d rendered look to her. maybe you could make her skin textures appear more natural(this is of course a personal preference... maybe you were going for this style)? oh and her right thumb is quite big compared to the rest of her fingers.
fantastic work all in all man. hope you update regularly.

you need to work on your lighting. according to her hair and chest, there is a white light source on the right, but there is no white light bouncing off her body to indicate that.
also, there appears to be a yellowish light source to the left, yet its used sporatically, if you cant see it on her nose, you definately cant see it on palm of her left hand.

I must agree with earlyer posters: the lighting and 3d rendering feeling. I would like to point out that the lights on her left hand should come from other direction and must agree with Salubri3i, add some textures. Keep doing the good work.

I just noticed something new now that I looked at it again. She isn't actually casting any shadow on herself despite the strong light. At least some around her hands since they are touching her skin, there should be some darkness there.

Maybe I looked at ecstacy babe title and it made me expect something else.
Soften the edges a bit?
I think her arm pit fold should be a little lower and the forearm looks a little bit thick and the elbow doesn't look very natural.

The hand looks much better now :)
Some highlights there will do some good, and on the hips area, or I'm bothered with her hair highlights, too much, compared to body highlights, but definitely her left hand needs some more. Keep going
