Hey guys,
I guess this will have been my first submission to cgtalk. I'm a nub. :(
I just started this on the weekend. It's moving towards being a lab type of place. Just thought I'd post some shots along the way to get feedback.
At this point, I had just blocked in some general objects. A shelf here, a desk there. Threw in a light for shits and giggles. Sorry the image is so dark.

And another angle of the same thing with some nicer lighting (not much texture wise besides the floor):

Then I added some little desk lamps to the scene and messed with the lighting there. This is where I am right now. I'll have to make a lot of little objects to flesh out the scene, such as the beaker holder that you may or may not be able to make out on the desk.

So, if you want to rank on me and tell me what to do, that would be awesome. If you want to praise me for......well, I don't really have anything to praise yet.....I'd probably yell at you for praising me. So yeah, just give me some critique if you feel up to it. I'm pretty lazy myself too, so It's alright if you don't get around to it.
