All of the sudden this has happen...
I thought it was Nvidia card (but i swapped it out)
I replace the ram
I installed XP on drive E, while Win2000 is on C tosee it was an os error, nope.
I thought it was Direct x9..but it happens with direct 8.1

1. What exact motherboard designation? (Ex. ECS K75SA)
2. Have you run memtest86 on your ram dimms? (www.memtest86.com run 1 pass)
3. Do you have at LEAST a 300 watt power supply?
4. What other periphals do you have installed? (Other cards, sndcards, hd's etc)

I am at work now but when I get home I post some specs....
Would Ram be a factor even after I replace the RAM (videocard, soundcard as well).

Ram is always a factor.
Always test your ram if your having any type of hardware issues. (Freezes, BSOD's, lockups, reboots)
Even if you replace the ram, you still could have bad ram. One of my friends went through three sticks of ram before he finally gave up and bought good brandname sticks.
