Hi and general greetings to all. I'm not too sure how this is going to be recieved. I'm a computer graphics and simulation programmer and demo coder. I'd like to show off a couple of developments of my real time renderer, namely a hair simulation algorithm I've been working on and get your general comments and suggestions of look / feel and functionality...
I regard the artwork that is produced by CG artists highly and would be interested in any sort of cross criticism you have of my work etc...
You can find movies and downloads at: http://www.sensatefx.com/
Too run properly I'd suggest a high end NVIDIA or ATI card and until I get the Linux port up, a windows box.
This demo uses a soft shadowed shadow maps, a generalised per pixel blinn shader and a parrallax offset shader.
Clicking in the bottom left of the screen will open a command prompt that you can play with a few of the settings of the renderer. You can access the list of commands from http://www.sensatefx.com/commands.html
I am aiming for better quality renders, so all comments are welcome...
Thankyou for letting me join in your community...
