Maybe the face should be more neutral for later facial animation :P And the hands seems to me very little. Stylized long fingers would be cool for that kind of elf.

The modeling is pretty good, but there is something horrific about the model itself right now... I think its that smile, I think it wants to eat me!

i guess the neck is a little too big, not like the model, and the hands are a little too small

Thanx gentlemen... As for the smile, I prefer to model an exterme state for the face, and later on make the neutral by morphing it...
This is an early stage, so obviosely there is no textures, no hair, and overall she looks plastic... But that will change.
