sweet mini dude the roof needs a bit of smoothing and at the corners of the hood whare it meets the windshield looks a bit bent/stressed looks like it will be a great model keep it up

i like what you got so far, although i think the wheels need to be a bit slimmer, after all it's only a mini...

thanx for posting everyone.......
wheels are now slimmer Vizion.........
it is a mini cooper s Sheep......
aarkon i ll sort all the little details out when the models finished as max's meshsmooth tends to do weird things if you work on the meshsmooths vertex level while still altering the base level.....

cheers all and keep the crits coming....

ps...i just stared the rear side window and its not in the right place yet........

Very nice, it looks to me that it is slightly elongated and not wide enuff, it might just be me, just a thought.

Nice though, keep up the good work

thanks for compliments all........

liquid and xanbob .......FECK OFF......hehehe(as soon as my cash comes through i ll come down and see you...hopefully it ll be before the 6th ....

moonman........i built it from dodgy low res blueprints and some photos i found on the web so the proportions might well be wrong ......some of the details are hard to make out aswell.....it did look a little long though so i ve shortened it a bit....cheers for pointing it out.

Still modelling geometry but i do intend texture it aswell....

heres the latest version....

I'm working on a car too but I can't get mine to be nice and smooth. Could you post a wireframe of the model without MeshSmooth applied??

Nice and sweet looking model, great :). Just keep modeling and show us some more in future. I was modeled mini cooper S model early '70is so when you finished yours maybe we can try some "race" to see wich one is faster :D :D :D.

this is for kielabokkie.....the non meshsmoothed wireframe....getting the surface u want is down to not only where your geometry is but where you apply your smoothing groups..

cheers all

Thanks Craig!! I know the smoothing groups are just as important as where your geometry is :) I was just curious how much detail you had in you non meshSmoothed version.

Thanks again and keep up the good work
