Very good, but the bed looks too small for the scene... Also, the floorboards look really wide, and on the right of the bed it looks like the floorboard texture has been cloned over one of the cracks, so the floor doesn't look right there. Great modelling and rendering though.

Hey Zion

Thanks a lot for the crits as far as the bed size and the room size goes they were given to me in a plan by the client. Even for the floor boards they wanted them so huge. they said it was a custom design. and yeah about the textire being messed up ill defi look into that. i have been facing this problem only in this scene.

Thanks a lot again.

Looks too much like a page out of an IKEA catalog.

I understand that this is what the client wanted.

I see images like this all the time, in interior design magazines and catalogs. These sort of images to me seem totally sterile, like robots or total automatons inhabit these rooms.
I've never personally seen a real room that's sterile like they are in the catalogs though.

Makes me wonder, who lives in rooms like these? People who are tired of having independant thought, or people who'd like to bring on an episode of insanity?

Seems to me that if I ever meet someone who has rooms like this in their home, that's all the indication I need to make the distinction that I could do without knowing this person since there is no depth to that persons personality.

I don't mean to degrade your work or imagery, but this stuff is a point of misunderstanding with me. I can recognize the talent involved in the creation, but it's the fact that this sort of sterility is even desired in any way by anyone that disturbs me.
Images like this that I see in design magazines really irk me, give me an empty feeling inside.
Makes me wonder if that's how the people who own these rooms feel??
