View Full Version : Joe Cosman's foot

I'm using the foot setup that Joe Cosman has on his video Rigging 2. Nice foot, except I cannot find ANY way to keep the ankle attached. The IK pulls the foot away from it's attachment very easily. This would make it necessary to keep the bones in this area showing while you animate, and keep a very close watch on those small bones. In practice, i find this to be a pain in the butt.

Everything I've tried, with creating nulls and MoveTo expressions, parenting things in various ways, causes some other big problem.

Joe C, do you have any solution to this?
Anyone?
