Wow, 111 views and not a single comment. Maybe I just don't exist on CGTalk(?). That sucks....

Very sweet reel Tommy. The only cut that seems strange to me in it is the shot of the woman in the car after the dinner scene, didn't really seem to fit the progression. You have so wonderful motion work, good job.

Yeah, you're absolutely right. I keep forgetting about it. Guess I was trying to show some compositing and color treatments, but it doesn't work. Thanks, I'll take it out!

Beauty, style and great graphics, amazing work!
The music fits also very well, I really got sucked in...
I just love your b/w-shot with the floating tree in the yard, can't tell why, but it touched me.

Besides praises, I also want to mention a few things:
Velk is very right, put the woman shot somewhere else or even discard it...unless
you add a "mini-breakdown" to show your compositing/coloring.
I would consider re-ordering some shots, especially the opening shot with the "ghost" is not that spectacular. In general I think your "pure" cg-shots are better than the ones with real footage, but only in comparison.

I'd love to see more work from you in the future!

Yeah, I understand what you mean. I kind of rushed the reel, I guess because I'm visiting LA and San Diego for a week, and I just wanted to visit studios down there with a dvd in my hands.

Thanks for the constructive criticism. I'll be sure to change a few things.
