Hi, thanks James! I'm going to start with a 3d basis and then add further details. I'm going for a deep environment. There's going to be a small sub-robot exploring but it's really small and all you can see is the light from it's spotlight, I'll probably add 5 more lights to make it more realistic (a sub trying to find something in the deep ocean wouldn't have just one light). I'll post a render later. I'm just having trouble with lighting.

Here's my first render for the base. I'm thinking about adding in larger buildings in the background to add depth. I'll have to test it out.
