I came across this pic, it is a concept drawing by Ralph McQuarrie.

No, did you see the artist's name? It was a concept sketch for Vader before the final design was reached...

Yes, I should have clarified for those not in the know...

Ralph McQuarrie was the main concept artist and pruduction art painter for Star Wars, he is basically responsible for the look of the film.

Okay who is going to suggest that anyone wanting to make a model of this should ask for permission from the concet artist first?

I doubt Ralph McQuarrie would care, but Lucas might! Heh.
