DivX is evil. Unless you really need it, get rid of it. It messes with your Windows Media settings and since AE cannot handle certain DirectDraw based CoDecs such as DivX, you are screwed. Only a clean re-install of the Windows Media components wil fix your problem.

Download a complete installer for Windows Media Player for instance (v8 or v9). This should restore all settings and make things work again. Do not re-install DivX but use VLC or any other such generic media player that can handle DivX without installing CoDecs if you still want to watch this type of video.

I will second Myleniums advice.
A few years ago when HDD space was way smaller and not enough to keep uncompressed avis on disk, I was introduced to DivX, which admitedly produced very good quality for minimal sizes.
After a few DivX updates, none of my editing apps (AE, Premiere) would "see" those avis.
Only a black screen with sound. Only DivX player would play them, but no editing was possible.
Nowdays I prefer wmv although its compression/quality is still not as good as DivX.
Microcosm(DigitalAnarchy) is a good codec although not widespread at all.
But for editing just keep them uncompressed.

Does AE not see any avi file irelavant from its encoding like uncompressed, cinepak etc or only divx avis?
If its the latter only by installing the latest divX might help.

You didn't answer my question:

Asuming AE doesn't see only divX encoded files, find out which version of DivX encoded them.
Try uninstalling all divX properly + completely reboot and reinstall the one which encoded the files.
Also, try Myleniums advice.
Use VLC and see if it can save as in another format, or download windows media encoder and convert to wmv.
Edit:
ps:
Do you have the DivX pro version or some cracked one that f**ed up?
hey
No matter what i try it's dosent help, i still see the same massage.
do u have another idea (and please dont tell me to format c:), do u recognize any software that can handle with DLL files and clean the systam folder ?
i think it's a kind of some bug or some side effect from the Divx Pro.
i need to know where are the files that give me the massage and dont let me to recover
my system .
