hey looking sharp , i suggest making something that leads the eye right into the center of the structure , since that is closer to the bottom left maybe add something coming from the top right.

I like the idea of a big tower in the center but I'm not sure with the composition yet , think of the big scale of this city what elements do you need to have that sense of scale, maybe something in the very near foreground

The complete town looks too small to me. I want a bigger city :D I hope you are going to do the 7 rings atlantis should have had.

city might be too small.. maybe solve the problem and improve your composition by making a lot more of those circle-"towns" across the picture.. Atlantis was a huge civilization after all. Anyway good luck!
