This is a cartoon-like chacarter that I'm making for a short, that will hopefully turn out good. What do you think about the Character so far?

Put the character on a plane and don't render in such glaring white background and we may have a better idea of how your character is shaping up. Right now it looks very, very flat because there is no tie down shadow and the white background is mentally blowing everything out. Also, the angle is a little awkward in my opinion. Do a couple more and send em to us!

It's looking pretty good from what I can tell right now though, but I can't be sure.

Here is a little lighting update. Any help where I could place lights? I'm using Max 4

3---Sorry for the way the images are made. I made them into a big one, but it was 300kbs so I had to shrink it.

Different but interesting. Would you happen to have anymore charector models?

I have a whole bunch of concepts for other characters like this one, but this is the first one I modelled.

Looks pretty decent! Would be interested to see it animated, as it's a fairly unique design (from my experience anyhow).

I will play with the lights, but one reason I posted here was maybe I could get help with the lighting.

Do you think the textures look done?

RAUL--Hey, nice hearing from you and thanks for the comment. BTW when is that tutorial coming out??:D
