Hello,

When I try to constraint the locator with pole vector to the ankle_IK I get the whole leg and the foot rotating.I remember that only the knee was rotating before while I was rigging..Dont know what the problem is.

Try turning on stickyness and snap enable for your toe and ball IKs.

assuming the effectors for the ball & toe are SC solvers, you just need to parent them to something. just select both SC IK handles, and group them -- unless you are planning on doing the reverse foot setup (which grouping wouldn't be necessary).
