Title: Dragon's Glamour
Name: Alexey Strakhov
Country: Russia
Software: Photoshop
Just some cover-like thing for one art competition where the task was to draw dragons 8) So i decided that draw some usual fantasy dragon will be too boring and instead did this 8) But to my great sadness this trick didn't help me a bit :P

Great work. The haze works wonderfully and his tail in the back really rocks! It would guess it's a latin dragon. Well done!

Thanx guys 8)
e338 Well for this moment i got that beeing original wasn't best my idea 8) But at least after contest ends they'll remember my dragon for sure :P
Here some bigger verse, but to be honest i don't think it's intresting at all - http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a99/Vamp1r0/monster_0207.jpg
liangcee Yes, there was some story for this character, but i'm not so familiar with english to tell it in all details :P General idea about this dragon was that he become pirate captain of some chiniese ship after he lost his ability to fly, and so on 8) I made this character awhile ago but till now there wasn't reason to draw it :P
andreasrocha Well, i kind a fond of azteks and maya's so maybe this is sows and in this picture, but in this case it wasnt planned 8)
