View Full Version : Render View Jaggies...?

When using any of the Macs at school (various G5s), the render viewport always displays jaggies. If I expand the window to fullscreen, it displays the image fine, but manually scaling the window seems to not work. (the ratio is set to 1:1). Also, when I save out the image, and open it, it is displayed just fine.

I've never had this happen with a PC.

any ideas?

has this / does this happen to anyone else...?

I was told it's probably the ati video card. Are any of those G5's using nvidia? Any of the PC's using ati?

i believe one computer lab has them with nVidia, but I'll have to check. Its nothing big, but I do find it annoying.

its because your rendering bigger than the size of your Render View window.. just the clic
Display Real Size (1:1) on the Render View tool bar to display the actual size regarless
of the Render View window size.

it doesn't have to do with the 1:1 scaling --- i think its a video card / driver issue that my school probably won't care to fix (i probably wouldn't either).
