Looks like a simple adjust->hue/saturation filter set to colorize.

Is there a grea tutorial to do something like this?
duplicate the layer, and set the top one to the "multiply" transfer mode. Then add an adjustment layer above everything with Levels applied to it - increase the red midtones and tweak the blue values as well.
