I am working on a project and need to rig a juggler. It will be hand animated (no mocap). I need some advice, would it be better to animate the juggled objects as objects, or should I make the objects a detached part of the juggler's skeleton? Pros, Cons? Thanks for any help!

Well, I guess it depends on the objects... If he is juggling chainsaws, then I recommend that you skin them to a seperate bone structure/linkage structure.. If they are just balls, then it is usually the animator's preference. It might be better to use objects in the fact that it is easy to turn on/off the box mode for speed.. But hey, I guess it is all about the animator's preference in their animating.
