I remember the first version; I thought it was really neat.
The hair is looking a lot better in the new one, and the new fishies are so cute. xD

The little clump of hair that's aiming up, on the right side (the one with the 3 parallel strands), looks like it should be softened a bit, though.

I like the darker background, too, it makes her stand out more. :)!

Looking good. the hair needs more work. the orange strands in her hair dont make much sense.

excellent concept.. the water is perfect at the top.. but your concerned about the hair...

the only thing i would see is the bottom right hair doesn't quite convince me its flowing freely in water... every group of hair is similar thickness..?

the look in her eyes is wonderful.
