Hi..
Does anyone know the Mentalray equivelant to Maya's 'render persp' command ?
I want to do a quick render in the background (not nesecerally batch mode) like Maya's own 'render' command would do and get a filename returned.
I had a look at the 'Mayatomr' command but it seems to fail on the -render command (so the examples in the docs given don't work either).
I also tried `Mayatomr -preview -xResolution 100 -yResolution 100 -v 4` this seems to render something however it doesn't return anything.. I need to know alteast were it stashed the image file.
So the question.. Is there a command that simply renders and gives back proper returns ?
Cheers
Gino.
