Does anyone remember seeing a photoshop tutorial from about 3 years ago that had a 'method' of removing (or at least decreasing) shadowing on photos that were to be used as a texure?
I seem to remember the same guy had another tutorial for reducing glare and oversaturation in photos and the reference image he was manipulating was an image of a guy standing in front of an extremely large tree...Ok so I'm actually sounding like some crazed loony here, but does it ring any bells with anyone at all?
Bascially I'd like some ideas for 'flattening out' photos to reducing shadowing and highlights... I know I could do it manually, just seem to remember a clever tutorial that helped to speed up the process..
