I really try it hard, but the result spoil my motivation each time. I try to paint the texture for my MAX model in Photoshop, I have create the UVW Map and export it to Photoshop, but when it come to painting the texture, I think I just miss up one part. Can anyone point me some tips/trick/technic/tutorial on painting texture with photoshop.
I try to paint a plastic feel of the head of old motorcycle. will post the picture later.

What exactly is it that you have problems with? :)
Is it a case of not knowing how to paint them, or you're not sure of what exactly you are supposed to paint?

In my mind,I have an idea of how I want the texture to be on the model, I just can't figure out how to paint them. For instance the face of the monkey, I want the face to appear with little wrinkle, and look furry(but not using shag or fur, u know, just like the Donkey in the "SHREK", or the dress of Princess Fiona, that look like furry, here : http://www.mediacircus.net/shrek4.jpg
or

)...
Also I want to paint an old plastic, with some scratch.
here is my old motorcycle.
