There's a free plugin called UV2bmp, but I don't know the URL.

How to use uv2bmp:
First an object should be (1) polygon object, (2) texture applied (texture tag) and (3) uv specified (uvw tag).
Then, press Creating Bitmap to show an unwrapped one in the Picture viewer.
There is a bug if x pixels < y pixels, and then check Avoid C4D-Bug.
