Alright. finally got around to doing a quick sketch of an idea.

(edit: new Backstory)

When sauron (or morgoth, or whoever did it) made the orcs by corrupting the elves, he wasn't successful the first time around. The first batch of creatures were still intelligent, and willful. . too much so for them to blindly obey his commands. These creatures escaped him and fled to the far, far east where they now live.
They retain some of the look of the elves whome they were bred from, but twisted - body and soul by the shadow. Each of their race is disfigured in some way, from skin disfigurations, to grotesque deformities.

Did some other concepts, but they didnt really work, so i'm going to do this one :)

started modelling it. attached an update.

another quick update before i leave for the night. . .

(btw, is it just me, or is the attachment size getting smaller by the hour. .? was 40k, now its 30k? maybe i'm going crazy :scream: )

more rough concepts.
still not sure what to do.. . the original is still to elf-like. :shrug:

forgive the bad sketches, i suck at drawing.

it's looking good..:applause: ..like how your stayin so close to your sketches

i don't have a problem with it bein to elf-like...that skeleton thingy could be really cool:thumbsup: ..& schetches look fine to me

Yeah, I agree - it doesn't matter about being elf-like, the character ROCKS :xtreme:
