Falfa 06-27-2006, 10:11 AM Hello everybody,
here is a little work on head, base mesh was made in Max, and Zbrush for the rest
The render was done in Max with a mix between normal map and bump, i'm not totally satisfy about normal map, i don't know why but the upper lips seem to be really hard/sharp, may be an uv problem ?!
Comments and crits are welcome.
Thanks.

OOO... very nice. SKin looks great. Horns aswell. One question... do i need to to unwrap my character before taking it to zbrush
Good job Foulfou! Nice details and cool expression. I dunno about the upper lip, it's already sharp in zbrush no?

Hey thanks all,
abyss103 : Thanks
Wardile : as you want, you can unwrap your model before or use the Zbrush Uvs tools.
Mv, M@, Mat ( je sais plus moi ! ) : i think no, it's more smooth in Zbrush , i will try to tweak again :)
See you

Good stuff man! I agree with abyss and D-e-a-n, the skin folds and expression give this model alot of personality and life. It would be really cool if ya could post a pic. of your base mesh.:)

great work man, it would be more realistic if you use little more normal map bump on it, btw keep it up.

This is great. I like your grey shaded view of the model. The coloured versions skin to me looks a little flat. Maybe some blue in the colour to hint at the stuff underneath, or maybe some Sub Surface Scattering type shaders to show the skin off better. The model rocks :)
