but that thread is targeted more for the programmers right, doesn't really mention inside stuff with cg, nevertheless, thanks for sharing

@Hellboy:They also talk about programming, thats right .
But there are a few interesting comments about Leveldesigners/modeler/Texture Artists too..
and how important a good resume is,MOD Work etc....
I mean thats nothing new for me or most of us - but for some it might be.
