Why the glass material make the object in the vase looks darker? I changed the parmeters, and nothing happened except make GI receiver lower (0.8).

I haven't used VRay, but try using lighter color or pure white in the translucent color channel. It (probably) affects to the amount of light going through the glass and makes objects inside the glass look darker.

Maybe you have refractive caustics unchecked but i can hardly imagine thats the case.
