First of all, thanks to everyone for the comments!
Yesterday night I worked on the head and now it is quite advanced so I hope moving to the body soon :).
Hasch2o: I sometimes do a sketch before going to 3D but when I'm not sure of what is exactly what I want I just start 'building' on the way, so I agree, don't neither thing this is too bad ;) I first tought on a big ears but now I think that they wouldn't fit the overall so had to change my mind on the way... :wip:
Oz: Hi man! hope you didn't wait for too long! :D I don't have much time to spend on this right now, but thanks for the encourage!
Leigh: Love the anubis theme and how's it looking by now! :thumbsup: Have to think again on my one's ears but tought on 'fish' hole kind... not too sure, so ideas are always welcome!

Yesterday I worked a bit more on the character's head and hope to be moving to the body next monday. I've added minor details and wanted to test with his mouth on a tongue and teeth. Not too sure about that last ones so I'll remade them later on. I'll make the teeth sharper but wanted to have a generall idea of the mouth piece :P. Tell me what you think!

Thats really starting to look awesome, all coming together. I would say that i think it would look cooler if the horns led a little more foward insted of into the ears, but thats just my opinion

That´s a funny looking demon, but also a bit scary...i really like the head !
One thing i would change are the teeths. They look too tall - he couldn´t eat with those things...
Solution 1: Make the mouth wider
Solution 2: Make the teeths smaller

Other than that - amazing work ! Will there be some more horns or spikes on his head ?!

Thanks a lot for your opinions! Hope to be hearing more from all you :) . I've worked a bit more on the head fixing the mouth piece, the chin and also scaled the horns to make them bigger and a bit more opened. Want to be quite sure of it before jumping to the rest of the body :p
Darkelfv: That's done! thanks man, I scaled and rotated the horns and seem to fit better now.

Like the mouth horns and everything no complaints, Really want to see you body now, I like how the neck points foward, gives the impression that its going to have a huge semi hunched body, you got any concept art or just doing it off the top of you head, keep it up :)

Hi there!

Yesterday night I could work a bit on the torso. At first I thought of doing a very muscular beast but then I wanted to go a bit different, tell me what you think ;) . I'll start tomorrow with the arms but for the lower part I have a brain mess cause don't want to do it human/bird/goat/snake... there are already many good entries with this features so i'll try to come out with anything else IDEAS HIGHLY APRECIATED! :rolleyes:

nice man i like that better then the big torso, I love bones if you have seen my thread you can tell that for sure, what about the upper torso , chest , pecks and first 4 inches of back be flesh then have a intricate skelton but make it very destinct between the areas by making look like the flesh is riped up. bones being exposed and pushed out of the flesh, that would be really cool. just a ideal though
