i am trying out the following tutorial:

and i am bit lost once i get to the point where i have to add the blendshape. can anyone go into a little more detail?

as i under stand it....once i add the blendshape between the wrap deformer and the bodytargets....i then i edit the body targets and use them as morph targets for the wrap deformer. i get a bit lost cuz the leg is bent(wrap deformer) where as the morph target is straight...i get confused cuz i am moving verts on a non deformed object
