Hi all,

I'm currently working on the different blend shapes for a cartoon head in MAYA. I was wondering if it's possible to model the left brow, and then mirror it so I don't need to model the right one aswell?! I have problems with the blend shapes behaving oddly, if I cut up objects and merge them back together.. anyone have a solution to this?

Thanx,

I don't think you can do that because if you mirror one part of your object the vertices IDs won't be corresponding to the base object for the blend shape.
But I saw a mel script on highend3D to enable that. I don't remember the name but I remember it doesn't work for maya 4.5.

It's called MirrorBlend you can get it at highend3d.
