Lead Animator – PS3 – Xbox 360
We are looking for a Lead Animator to manage our animation pipeline and instill excellence across the animation group. This talented individual will motivate and grow our animation staff with a focus on bringing our models to life using 3D Max in coordination with proprietary in-house tools.
The ideal candidates will have managed animation schedules and have demonstrated experience creating realistic human animation in addition to rigid body mechanicals.
What You Need to Succeed:
· Three to five years animating 3D objects within film, TV, video game industry
· Previous Lead/Senior Animator role managing Animation projects of at least 4-6 animators
· Outstanding animation and design skills
· Experience with 3D Studio Max
· Strong articulated object animation capabilities.
· Experience working with mocap data and rigging skills is a plus.
· Storyboarding or scene direction skills desirable.
