I made this image in 3hrs, i wanted to study the layered city night view.i made this image without any reference and without any image study just from my mind so that i can benchmark my attention to detail skills within short period of time.i used 3DSMAX to buid a basic city model and ligthed it with omni at every junction with fading intensity and render Zdepth so i can use it in blend mode in photoshop.
