Hi there, I just recently completed the digital animation programme at the University of Hertfordshire and this is my final year short film. Its a simple story bout a girl who wants a cookie from a cookie jar. Any feedback and comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

I'm no good giving critique (especially when I don't know how to do what you do :) ), but this is really cute. I had to chuckle every time I heard Emily breathe, grunt, and talk. Reminds me so much of a real toddler. :D

I was wanting more and not for it to end like it did. I can only imagine the mischief she would have gotten into if mom came in later. I was thinking of shortening the stair scene and jumping to the kitchen where Emily and the Panda devise a way of getting the cookies.

Keep up the good work!

yeah this was nice!

kind of agree with Manifestant that i would keep the stair bit in but make it a lot snappier (the panda climbing up and going down takes a little long), and have more of the kitchen scene. I like the way it ends but it would be nice for a "mission impossible" type thing where she has a couple more obstacles in her way and after she has done all the hard work by getting there her mum turns on the light.

nice lighting, sound and animation could be worked on a bit tho.

really nice tho

I agree that the stair scene could be speeded up a little... just the time it takes the panda to shuffle up the post - he could lift himself a bit faster. Other than that, the film is great :) Lovely style, great concept, and brilliant characters - very cute.

About time you posted this treat Mr Ridzuan, i think i already mentioned that you shhould have worked on the ending a bit more. However, great film and really cute character.

thanks guys for the comments.

yup agree with the stairs bit but i didnt have much time to change it for film day submission and all that. Thought of changing it after, but i feel that its better to leave it alone and just move on. thanks for the feedback everyone, really appreciate it
