HDRI setup issues

Heya,

The setup button being disabled appears to be a max4/5 thing, and happens with other bitmap types as well.

There's an easy way you can try to re-enable it.
Pick another format, say, .tif - it'll pop up the output options for that (b/w, color)

Then switch back to the Radiance image format, and the setup button should be available again.

If you continue to have problems, just let us know.
