Hard to say anything without knowing what its for really but the main thing I notice is that there is a complete absence of shadows in the exterior shot. Skylight + light tracer = your friend! (in Max at least...). Also I can see some obvious tiling in the textures outside, particularly on the driveway and the grass.

What kind of level is it?

Hi, first impressing is that it looks just fine, but as Interactionman said, hard to tell if we don't know realy what it's for. (If it's a game-level, then it's fine, if it's a realistic recreation of the clients home, well, then i think you still have some work to do...)

but let's assume that this is a game level (this is afteral the game art design forum :D). I've made some game-levels myself (for RavenShield, using Unreal). first thing i noticed are the shadows, that look kinda odd. The shadow underneath the sofa (1st screenshot) are to bright imo. (In UED you could lower the AmbientBrightness in the zoneproperties, if this helps...)

Second screenshot has no shadows at all, witch is a big deficiency. Also, the grass-texture is to small (or set at a wrong scale), causing the terrible tile's.

other than that there's not that much to comment...

keep up the good work.

hmmm the interior shots look pretty good, but the exterior is not that great. like others have said the tiling is very noticable, the bush models look all the same and blend in to the grass. the color of the house is very monotonous and looks flat. the driveway is also very bland. i think what is causing this is the lack of contrast and lighting. the front door also looks rather thin.... in the interior shot the objects look as if they are floating..i think maybe because of the lighting. with a bit of work (especially the exterior) this could turn out quite nice.
