I'm used to doing walk-throughs and simple animations
...I hardly ever get to do character stuff

anyway, I'd like to see what you guys think of this...
(it's on youtube, so it only takes 2 seconds to watch.)

...I know it's kinda crappy and could be a LOT better. any suggestions?

Hi, could you post the playblast file so it plays on the browser. It's kind of hard to critique your animation because youtube doesn't allow frame by frame playback.

from what i could see, I would recommend that you offset the back legs more. Have one leg drag more than the other when the rat is jumping.

i'll like to get the playblast file to give you a better critique.

...also put a ground plane or show the grid. It helps to stablish a ground plane so he doesn't look like he is floating.
