hi, i downloaded a sound clip (probably about 2 seconds long) to animate, but it cuts off in the middle of the playback. anybody know why?

How about some information:file format, file size, audio player, download source?

ok im in maya and i have a .wav file downloaded from the internet and i import it into maya and it only plays a portion of it.

Don't know about maya, but a few suggestions anyway: dl again, try on another player, ask this question in the maya forum rather than in the animations forum.
