this is a picture i did for a mangazine . the summer is comming , and i like going to the beach , swimming , sunbath with sungalss and looking at some beautiful girls ( hehe B-) )
The girl in the picture is playing volleyball and she 's coming to the water area to collect the ball .
i use CS 2 to paint the character and 3Dsmax8 to create the water . :)

I love your colors in this, and I love the style you have, the water looks very luminescent. The girl is very cute. My only thought was that her bellybutton looks a tad too far to the left when looking at her. Love it!

I don't think that's her bellybutton- I think that's a shadow from her shirt.

Nice job, i love the water at the bottom of her feet, very nicely painted. I would like to see you use some more reflective light in this, like some nice blue green coming off of the water and lighting up some of those shadows you have there. Great stuff, and keep it coming.

Elle you're probably right, it's a shadow, I guess it just looks dark and more like it's an indent than a shadow. But nonetheless I love this piece! :)
