Hi folks!
Heres my latest work in progress. Its a we character called Zack, the aim of which will be to eventually animate with him sometime. At the moment hes about half done, and I've popped some simple shaders on him just so you can see the details:

I think that the hands and ears could use some detailing to really give this some more life.

How would you go about adding details? Through texture / bump / displacement maps or through altering the mesh?
