Im used to doing technical modeling so I thought I would work on my organic skills and try this months challenge. Heres the preliminary sketch.

Small update. Working on the ears now along with maybe adding some smaller bumps leading up to the larger ones around the horn base. Horn in the pic is temp, as im making it curl around the center as it comes out of the face.

Got the ear done and finished the horn. Starting on the body tonite. Hopefully will have more to update tomorrow.

Lookin good!

I would bulk up the brow and lips, and define the cheek a bit more like in the sketch.

Heres a slightly puffier version. Fattened the cheeks, the lips and widened the brow line a bit.

Starting to rough out the torso so should have some shots of that later today.

Another update. Not for sure if I like how the wings are now attached. The skin will be smoothed over where it is attached at the base plate. Any ideas?

Got the skin on the wings done. Still not liking how they are attached on the back though. Working on the arms and legs now but leaving town for the weekend so no more updates till Monday some time.

Beefed up the wing frames and reworked the attachment to the back. Still need to add some more detail on the frame itself. Starting to work on the arms and legs as well.

Finished the feet up this morning and starting to work on some foot gear ala roman sandals.
