CGTalk - Rigging from the basics

I wanted to buy some books/dvds on rigging but I just dont know which one to choose to start with. Considering two things at the moment:
1) CGToolkit, The Art of Rigging I & II
2) Fahrenheit Digital Rigging for Feature Animation DVD

Anyone of you read/knows both?

What's your opinion? Which one is better?
