The inspiration came to me after watching some films.
and here is a new creature I've started working on.

Software used: Softimage XSI, ZBrush

I hope you'll like it...

Very nice ZBrush work, great restraint! Any chance of sharing your light/material settings, I can never seem to get z-brush to render that nicely :)

Awesome, I especially like the asymmetry in his face, it gives him a lot of character. The anatomy is very good too and your Z-brush pass adds plenty of details. Great job !!
I wouldn't mind you giving us some information about the z-brush material and lightning.
Keep on going.

Cheers,
Leon

That's really really nice Alex! My biggest question is how can you get all the details in the face with a full character. Everytime I get the body done and try to get above six levels of subdivide for the face the character gets too high polyed and crashes.

Anatomy is ausome
my only ONE comment is that > an Ox have a slit hoof...that hoof looks like a horse hoof
but again it's your design ..so whatever you see fit

Normal map is kind of bump map, and doing bump..
Diffuse is the color map..
Unwrap I did in softimage...
and painting I did in ZBrush and Photoshop :)

Wow! Great job, I think it's the first time I see this work... amazing!
Are you planning on rigging this?
I would die to get my hands on this model and rig it, although it will meen converting it to 3DSM, since my rigging experience using XSI is very little...

This is looking great! Wow 1000 stars from me!! lol

One crit that I have is that I dont think the texture from his forearm/wrist area to the hands are blended enough. I can see an edge there where the texture meets.
