I dunno, as much as it is hated now, that has some good production quality there. great animation, clear render, nice lighting... really other than the frog getting old and annoying it is great.

If someone had that thing's ringtone next to me, I'd have to smash their phone and give them a good smack, but I do have to admit, the Crazy Frog is one of the best CG characters I've ever seen. It was never meant to go to the big screen, but you can tell that alot of time and money was spent on getting its rigging and expression morphs just right. Plus its able to fit easily into either a realistic setting or a cartoonish one like that video

As much as i hate to admit that the frog is designed and animated well this really does piss me off, and i cant entirely explain why.

Though the technical work was good, the character itself was lame. THe frog gives this whole "stupid" vibe and since it's enjoying all taht music it just makes me hate it and not feel for it because its so stupid.. arghh I still can't believe people bought the music single. It's a badge of bad taste.

The frog is well made, but why the hell does it have to have a penis? Why? WHY? It just gets censored so whats the point?

The frog is well animated aswell... but why a PENIS??? Put some shorts on that frog!

The general populace just have a tacky sense of taste and thats why the frog is so popular, its tackyness to the extreme... and yeah I hope the creator is now rich, cos he needs to get some bodyguards and good security cos I`m sure people out there just want to put an end to it.

Yeah that frog was made by a CGTalker. I wonder if he just sold the rights, or if he is still involved in animating those clips.

The frog is pretty annoying, but I feel glad that "one of us" had a character get so popular.
