Looks pretty darn good to me, definitely have the skin/flesh effect down. As far as the actual creature goes it looks like if it were to close its mouth its lower jaw would be offset to its right. There's not really any indication of its jaw continuing into its head either, not that it needs a full jawbone or anything, but the flow could be improved I think.
