Maya does not display textures in color, only black-white, no matter what format (jpg, tiff, bmp, indexed or not) or size or material shader; I tried most obvious solutions and they didn't work; I'm new user of Maya so perhaps there is more comlex one; TIA

what did u try exacly??? Where do u place the textures??
