hello everyone, this is a room I've been working on for a personal project. I think that it is mostly done except I still need to add little details like stuff on the dressers and things like that.

The idea here is I am going for here is low income and basic. Any coments or critiques are welcome, especially things that need to be added or removed.

This is me first post so forgive me if I screw up the whole picture thing!

Thanks!

Here is the flat shaded image with no volumetrics!
Let me know what you guys think of this stuff. I am using Lightwave 6.5

 very nice...i like the texture you are using on the bed...maybe you could put some chips in the dresser as well...and have the orange/yellow light filter into the rest of the room...but those are just nitpickin comments

cool lighting!!! . Perhaps some volumetric dust effect through the window light gives more atmosphere =)

looks really great :)
superb atmosphere :applause:
the only thing which i'd say could be better is the floor....it looks too flat....should maybe be more rough, like a real carpet

give the floor and the bed some bump mapping. up close they look too flat and from a distance the texture (phyisical, not image) is lost completely.

I like it very much, great atmosphere...
You should change something with the floor, make it wooden or place some rug on it. And add some 'personal details' around in the room, dunno, some books, clock, something like that, telling about owner's personality - but You said You'll add them in your first post ;)
