ok, being a complete "newbie" myself, I would suggest that you could do it a couple of ways:
(1) Use keys frames, and manually rotate the blade positions every 90 Degree or so
(2) Get the blades to follow a path, or use the rotate controller, you have to assign it and set rotations (I don't know how to explain it any better)
(3) attach a motor function I've seen it somewere but I my self don't know how to use the motor function (if someone else could exlpain that would be great)
